Note that the language used for all automatic text is the language of
the document you're looking at.  If there is no Serbian translation of
the document, then Yelp will display the English version.  If Yelp is
displaying a document in English, the automatic text will be in English
as well.

The stylesheets do their translation based on the lang attribute in the
DocBook file, and are entirely unaware of your actual language settings.
Yelp uses your language settings to determine the best document to show
to you, and it will gladly show you the C locale document if no better
translation exists.  Once that document is loaded, the stylesheets deal
with the document in the document's language.

Unfortunately, very few of our documents are translated.  If you were
actually looking at a Serbian document, and the Serbian translations
exist for the automatic text, and Yelp wasn't showing it, then there's
some problem that will have to be addressed.  I just tried looking at
some translated documents here, and everything seemed fine.
