Gnome2 Volume control documentation

Is there an updated version on the way?  The gmix reference to
preferences is still there even though this feature has been
eliminated.  Is it planned to re-introduce the "restore saved mixer
levels on startup" or is it to be eliminated from the documentation?

Thanks for the help.  The new program is much more polished, but the
restore feature is missed.
