I have committed the User Guide for GNOME 2.4 in CVS HEAD:
/cvs/gnome/gnome-user-docs/gnome2-user-guide/C/
I'll try to get a single HTML file of the UG up on www.gnome.org/learn,
for review purposes. I'll get the other formats up there closer to the
final release of 2.4.
