You are permitted to do this under the license of the document (which is
the GNU FDL). Unfortunately, the link on

(that is version 1.1, the more recent 1.2 version, which you can also

The only thing you cannot do (and I only raise this because it's
something a school printer might do automatically) is to put extra
copyright notices on the document saying that it cannot be further
copied without permission from Institution X, etc.
