GNOME User Guide status.

Just so that everyone knows what the Sun documentation team is doing as regards 
the GNOME User Guide, attached are snips from ChangeLogs for July and August. Up 
to now, whenever we have done a putback of the User Guide we have informed John 
Fleck and Sasha Kirillov first. We will of course copy this notification to the 
gnome-doc-list from now on.
