User Guide PDF

Does anyone know who created the PDF at www.gnome.org/learn/? I've just noticed that it doesn't include the revision history information, so maybe the stylesheets need to be updated.
I know that Eric created one in August, but I don't think it's the same on as at www.gnome.org/learn/.
