Scrub that. It doesn't make sense. The API documentation is distributed
as HTML, not XML. The change I want to make is to use a feature of
gtk-doc which uses XML as the intermediate step (comments + templates
--> XML --> HTML). The middle step used to be SGML and then used
openjade to generate the HTML. The XML changes that James made just
means we use xsltproc to create the HTML.

I really need to wake up properly before answering mail.
