GNOME2 docs status report

Folks -

Here's my best understanding of the current status of the docs for
GNOME2. Those industrious enough to run a diff against last month's
will see a bunch more work done - thanks especially to Pat and the
team at Sun for their contributions.

If anyone has some spare cycles, Trevor and his crate of applets
needs help.
