ScrollKeeper 0.3.10 Released

ScrollKeeper 0.3.10 is now available.

New in this release:
   * Support for DocBook's <part> element.
   * Several updated translations and one new translation.
   * A couple BSD-specific fixes.
   * A couple other small bug fixes.

Thanks to everybody who has been testing, writing bug reports, and
submitting patches.
