loading file data, cvs information (Lampadas)

I've added code to load file meta-data into the database. Fields I
populate now are filesize, mode, and modification date/time.

I implemented the cvs log and other types of cvs commands also. The way I
implemented it, you can add all the commands you want without modifying
Lampadas code, so you can tailor it to whatever reports you want. I wrote
sample scripts for "ls -l FILENAME" and "cvs log FILENAME". You just
write a script to execute the command and record the script in the
database, and Lampadas will call the script.

These updates are posted to http://demo.lampadas.org. You might want to
log on as me (david/password) to see this stuff, since it's only
available for admins and document "owners". Go to "My Home", select a
document (click the edit icon), and you should see the file list below
the document meta-data. Click on a filename to load the list of reports.

Let me know what you think and any changes you need me to make. I'm going
to start on adding scrollkeeper categories now.
