Applet Manual in 2.x

Hello,
I'm still updating the GDict applet manual for Gnome 2.  I have a couple
of questions:

1) What should I do with the original writer's <copyright> information?
   The template for Gnome 2.x doesn't seem to have it.  The closest thing
   is the list of authors.

2) The original document has <!ENTITY version "1.4"> for the version of
   the applet.  However, the new format doesn't have a DOCTYPE tag.  What
   should I do?
