I agree. I also like the idea of having of adding "on page xx" for
documents intended for printing. This strikes me as part of the purpose
of using DocBook and computers - to focus on content and let the computer
do the details depending on the output.
This should also be extended to the table of contents (hyperlinks in HTML,
page numbers in PS).
