Style Guide pdf

Folks -

We need a volunteer to spend the time making and maintaining a pdf of
the GDP Style Guide. We've gotten some requests from people looking
for an easy-to-read (meaning "printed on paper") version and we don't
really have anything to give them.

I tried, but it didn't build cleanly and I don't have the time to mess
with it to figure out what needs to be fixed.

Once we've got it built, we'll find a home for it somewhere on
developer.gnome.org so it can be easily downloaded, and set up a way
that the pdf can be easily updated when the source changes.
