Re: Gnome-term docs.



Dear Alexander,
	Thanks for your reply. However, when I change Settings in the
"terminal of the Gnome desktop", e.g., "Silence terminal bell", that
setting is gone after I log off and on again.

	The buffer size I'm talking about (sorry if it's an X problem but
maybe you can help anyway) is when highlighting using the mouse. I only
get 8-10 lines of text, maybe 128 bytes. Cutting and pasting from vi to vi
results in funny indentation, seemingly lots of tabs get inserted. I'm
sure there's some very simple fix!

If you don't know the answers, please don't worry - I appreciate what
you've already told me!
