Do we have somebody with the php knowhow and time to work on this?  We've
spun out new redesigns of the DocTable a few times now but never gotten
the code fully updated.  If we have somebody to work on the code, then we
should review our previous plans for (a) updating the DocTable and (b)
starting a documentation review, editing, and indexing system.  Then we
can update them together for GNOME 2.0 considering our resources and
available time.
