Ximian customizations (was Re: Manually saving sessions at any time?)

I have filed two bugs on related problems with ximian packages:

Support for omf/ScrollKeeper was left out of their 1.4 gnome-utils and
gnome-applets packages. I haven't been through the rest of their
packages to see if it's missing in other places as well.

If there are an Ximian people on this list, is there anything else I
need to do besides filing bug reports to help ensure that ScrollKeeper
is correctly supported in the next releases? It's pretty essential to
what we're trying to do to make the doc system more user friendly. Now
that KDE is moving to it as well, it's also a crucial demonstration of
interoperability.

It also means that when we're doing QA we need to be careful at
sorting out which problems lie in the GNOME packages themselves, and
which were introduced in the Ximian packages.
