Exactly. There's no "settings" menu with Ximian; I couldn't find it
anywhere.

Bingo! If that could be added to the docs I think it would help others
too. Thanks very much for the answer.
P.S. Really looking forward to trying GNOME 1.4 on my Sun workstations
also... :-)
