Global Glossary

Hey guys,
	I was writing some happy docs today and I was wondering why we don't
have ONE GIANT GLOSSARY for everything.  This would be much easier for
us doc writers because then we don't need to reinvent the wheel for each
glossary.  I was thinking we could team up with the KDE guys and create
even less redundancy between the docs.
	Anyways...let me know what you think!
