Then there's Motif, which uses BSelect, BMenu and BTransfer... it
doesn't suggest what you call all the other buttons if you happen to be
using a Spacemouse, though  :o)  

(Which actually, having moved here from a company that writes VR and CAD
software, I can safely say that tens of thousands of workstation users
do!)
