document changes for GNOME 1.4

Folks -

With Kenny's help, I've posted an outline of the document changes
required in preparation for the upcoming GNOME 1.4 release:

It's also in cvs:

gnome-docu/gdp/changes.sgml

I believe the list is reasonably complete, based on testing a large
number of GNOME documents over the last couple of months, but this is
subject to further changes as Ali works out the final bugs.
