1.1.7 pre release available

Hello,

at:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/testing/

you can find pre-releases of gnome-core and gnome-applets 1.1.7.  I
still have to add documentation for a couple of applets and fix some
minor things, but I'd like people to try this out and see if there are
any severe problems.

*NOTE* that these tarballs are *not* what is in CVS, as I have stuff
I haven't committed yet (since I am not sure that it totally works,
although I am pretty sure right now).
