It's a good approach.  Strange, they left out important background info:
It's related to http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/ .  At least, "Dublin
Core" is mentioned :)

I'm wondering whether their DTDs are available as regular source files?
http://casbah.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/XML/DTDs/OMF/OMF/ is nice but
tedious to use.
