New GDP webpages Beta

Hi all,

The new GDP webpages are finally done. You can find my additions here:

or more specifically,

I'm planning on putting it in CVS tomorrow. Please look it over and find 
any broken links, inaccuracies, or other problems.

On the team page,
(1) I may have forgotten somebody
(2) A lot of people do not have optional paragraphs about themselves 
(1st person would be best here)
(3) Tasks lists are either missing for some people, or possibly 
inaccurate.

down on IRC.
