cross-referencing

Hi,
there was a  discussion on this list on what is the proper way to
reference one GNOME document from another - for example, if I want to
refer in the users-guide to documentation for gfontsel. Did the
experts (which I am not) agree on something? If not, maybe it is time
to resume this discussion...

Similarly: we also need mechanism for referring to man pages and info
pages - after all, gnome help browser is able to show all of them.
