docbook-gnome and docbook-gnome-bin debian packages

Hello,

I made a `docbook-gnome' debian package for the docbook 3.1 DTD with
PNG support and a `docbook-gnome-bin' one for the db2{html,ps,...} scripts
which you all know from redhat systems.

This makes it a lot easier for people on a debian system to get all this
docbook stuff working.

All you need to do is add

	deb ftp://ftp.home-of-linux.org/pub/debian gnome/
	deb-src ftp://ftp.home-of-linux.org/pub/debian gnome/

to your /etc/apt/sources.list and then do an

	apt-get install docbook-gnome-bin

and you can use db2html etc. like on a redhat system.
