  I spoke with Telsa on #docs today and she said that the doctable is
up-to-date w/r/t who is working on which applet.  So, it appears that
webcontrol_applet is not being worked on by anybody.

  Note that the User's Guide has a short paragraph on this applet
if you want to use parts of it:
