Eye of Gnome manual on CVS

Dear documentation wizards,

I took Eliot Landrum's nice manual for EOG and turned it from a short
<article> into a <book> under the idea that it will grow to be bigger
than an article should be.  I revised it somewhat extensively and left
it in what I consider to be a pretty good state.

I would appreciate it very much if you could review it for me.
Feedback will be greatly appreciated!

The manual is distributed with EOG 0.4.  It is on CVS in the eog/doc
directory.
