new cvs directory for user documentation

Hi:
after discussing it with Dan, I have created a new CVS directory
gnome-docu/user-docs for user-level "general" GNOME documentation
(i.e., about GNOME in general, not about specific components) - such
as guides, glossary, etc. At the moment, it contains drafts of "Intro
to GNOME" and glossary. More will come.
