xml test cases

Folks -

I've put together some xml test cases for Ali's use in help browser
development, and I've put them on my web server in case anyone else
wants a look.

Follow the link to "a package of xml versions".

It's a big ol' tarball, 'cause it includes both the xml and old sgml
versions so Ali can do a side-by-side comparison, along with all the
png's.
