Distribution menus in the panel

Hello,

Currently, we have `Debian', `Red Hat' and `KDE' menus in the panel.

What do you think about replacing the `Debian' and `Red Hat' menus
with some general `Distribution' menu and make this work for other
distributions (like SuSE, TurboLinux etc.) as well ?

If you all like this, I can make this work and post a patch here
(without committing until it really works, of cause).

gnome-doc folks: Do you think it's already too late for such a
change ?
