The french translation of the GNOME User's Guide

The french translation of the Gnome User's Guide is near to be completed. It
has been updated on the 3rd of october, and we now need french people to
read it, and give us feedbacks. There is certainly a lot of misspelled
words, so...

We also need someone to make the french screenshoots.
