I think Mark knows that db2pdf doesn't work, but as far as I can tell
it really is just a matter of the images not working. The fix may not
come for a while. You can also use ghostscript to make pdf:

 gs -q -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=myfile.pdf myfile.ps


it seems to work well.
