New GNOME-ES web site

Hi Dave and translator guys,

the Gnome-es group have a new web interface. 
Not finish jet, but I think it's time to make an announce about.

As you can see, I've made a good work coping the look and feel of 
the gnome developer web.
By the way, who do you fill the sitemap.html file? by hand, or with 
a script.
