Result links broken when searching Geary's help manual

Hi all,

A bug was just reported against Geary, that when doing a search of the 
online manual, the search results links were all broken. E.g. launching 
Yelp with Geary's manual, searching for say "account", then clicking 
the Accounts link in the search results gives this error:

> The page ‘?accounts’ was not found in the document 
> ‘ghelp:/home/mjg/Projects/GNOME/geary/help/C’.

This seems to be a problem when installed from a binary package, the 
Flatpak, and when running Yelp against the manual in the development 
tree.

I've had a look at the manual's source pages and they all seem fine, 
has anyone got any suggestions?
