String additions to gnome-doc-utils

While working on support for DocBook indexes, I've had to add
the following two strings to gnome-doc-utils:

"<msgid>seeie.format</msgid><msgstr>See <seeie/>.</msgstr>"
"<msgid>seealsoie.format</msgid><msgstr>See also <seeie/>.</msgstr>"

These are gnome-doc-utils format strings, just like the lots
of other format strings already there.  In fact, aside from
the distinguishing msgid, the source strings are the same as
those for glosssee.format and glossseealso.format.  I expect
most teams will translate them the same.
