New syntax highlighting for Hunspell/Nuspell affix files

Hi all,

I have started on developing syntax highlighting for Hunspell/Nuspell
affix files. Please see

For mandatory fields, I'm looking how to support this. For example that
after SET always a string with a minimum length of 2 must follow and
after MAXNGRAMSUGS always an integer must follow that is 0 or greater.

If someone could be of assistance, that would be very welcome.
