I have cleaned up the formating of the original file, fixed some errors, added a large amount of missing functions and keywords and turn it into a patch.

Hi Guys,
            I would like to request that the IDL (Interative Data Language) lang file be added to GtkSourceView. The bug for this is here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501733
Its currently set as Resolved Incomplete as previously there was no lang file but there is now one available so it would be great if this could be added.
