Devhelp list merging with this.

Hi!

Since both Devhelp list and gnome-devtools are very low traffic I've now
asked people on the Devhelp list to join this list instead for
continuing discussions regarding Devhelp (and hopefully integration with
Anjuta).

This has been discussed before but I haven't gotten around to it.
