Crash opening project

[Biswapesh Chattopadhyay <biswapesh_chatterjee tcscal co in>]

Any clues on this (CVS GNOME, Anjuta2, etc.). Same crash also happens
when using project creation wizard.

Interesting info: I'm using X across the network (i.e.X client is not
running locally).
