doxygen-based code browser for Anjuta: status update

As a follow up to a mail I recently posted on anjuta-devel, I've put
together a web page with some elements regarding source code browser
stuff.

Basically it's all still in the thinking/experiment/early design phase.
I'll happily welcome feedback and help .. my time to work on this is about
a few hours (2-3) every week, that's about it.
