gnome-build ported to gnome2

Hi,

The Gnome Build Framework (gnome-build module in GNOME CVS) has been
ported to gnome2. This includes porting all ETree usage to GtkTreeView.
Additionally, a test program has been written
(src/controls/test-controls) which allows the developer to test the
ProjectTree, TargetTree and BuildInfo bonobo components.

The "old" gnome 1.4 tree has been branched and is available under the
GNOME_BUILD_0_0_BRANCH name.
