Guikachu as a Gnome Devtool Component?

Hi,

Is there documentation available on how to make a gIDE component? I would
like to (in some future version, past 1.0) integrate Guikachu with a code
editor, so that widget callbacks could be immediately implemented.
This of course would require templates and callback support for PalmOS
applications.
Is this possible with gIDE?
