pangocairo tutorial translated into Python

Hi all,

I translated the tutorial from page

https://developer.gnome.org/pango/stable/pango-Cairo-Rendering.html

into Python2. If anyone is interested, I've uploaded the translation

As there are very few Python pangocairo examples available, there
