indent.pro for GNOME/GTK development

Hi list,

I searched on the web for an GNOME/GTK indentation style and got two basic 
hits:

http://developer.gnome.org/doc/guides/programming-guidelines/code-style.html
and a mailing list message which mentioned that the existing style should be 
preserved.

Are the sample sections provided in .emacs and .vimrc mentioned in the 
'programming guidelines' (URL above) sufficient?  If not, can someone share 
any configuration file (indent.pro, .emacs, .vimrc, anything really) that 
can help set the indentation style for guys who intend to start contributing 
to the project?
