Hi Rod.
Stack trace is not very useful as you can see :) Are you sure you using
gedit built from CVS with debug information enabled? Probably you can
try to debug more simple application. Or set break on main in gedit and
execute program step by step. Is freeze occured when you start
application or only when you are trying to open new file with file
chooser?
