I don't think that was the question... Unless I misunderstand, it was
about setting up your own crash dialog.
Harsha, you can take a look at how GNOME does this:

Look for the function libgnomeui_segv_setup().
I have to agree with James though, that fixing crashes is a better way
to spend your time ;)
