control center 1.0.53 Bug

It seems like the disable background selection feature doesn't work anymore.
When I started control-center 1.0.53, Use GNOME to set background was checked,
yet the preview correctly displayed "Disabled."
On my home machine I accidentally turned on GNOME background setting and
couldn't turn it back off, so I'll stick with the Cancel button on this
particular machine for now. :-)
