Tasklist icon sizes...

Some apps (like the KDE CD player) have larger icons than normal, and
the look funny on the tasklist (they extend over parts of the other
taks)... either a clipping or resizing function needs to be added to the
tasklist for this, I would suppose, or over-large icons need to be
ignored (but this wouldn't be overly intuitive).
