Probably some code like this would help:
  object_class = GTK_WIDGET(widget)->klass;
  for (i = 0; i < object_class->nsignals; i++) {
    GtkSignalQuery *info = gtk_signal_query(object_class->signals[i]);
    /* do something with the info */
    g_free(info);
  }
