imlib compilation on solaris

Hi all!

I am trying to build latest version of imlib on a solaris box, and when
compiling gdk_imlib/cache.c, it gives the following error:

cc1: /var/tmp/cca0078j.s: I/O error

I guess that this file is a temporary file created by gcc, isn't it? And
I've got rwx permissions on this directory, so what else can be?

Note: I am using all the GNU tools to compile.
